 1.Why is behavioral tracking such an important ethical dilemma today? Identify the stakeholders and interest groups in favor of and opposed to behavioral tracking.

Behavioral tracking is an important ethical dilemma today because behavioral tracking can lead to exposing people to the public although they are some who argue behavioral tracking is good but is it really that good to have everyone know what you really are because that is what behavioral tracking is other than your looks and physical state behavior is what make us different from one another . It is evidence that with just a few pieces of information such as age , gender , zip code , marital status specific individuals can be identified.
   Firstly the law enforcement agency definitely want to know where criminals are located . Online advertising titans like Yahoo , Google , Microsoft , Apple and etc companies are looking for ways to profit from the behavioral data that they have . So the question is whether if someone or some company will opposed this kind of practice? Our group have concluded that for the most part the people itself will opposed to this practice and agencies that fight for human rights and human privacy.

2.How do businesses benefit from behavioral tracking? Do people benefit? Explain your answer.

Behavioral tracking have a dramatic impact on business nowadays , before the behavioral tracking come into existence advertising was costly and did not do much to boost the company profit because it was shown to everyone and not targeted audience . People are different and have different style , maybe one person is attracted to the advertisement the others may not react the same way . Due to behavioral tracking companies have been able to predict how people will react after seeing the advertisement and thus advertisement are able to boost the companies profit .
   Do people benefit? That depends on how people view behavioral tracking . For example you are searching for a car , suddenly you see a lot of advertisement about cars in the positive side that saves time you don't have to spend the whole night searching for a car , in the negative light it may not be the kind of car you like probably the design are off or lacking in other department .

3. What would happen if there were no behavioral tracking on the Internet?

The private information will be missing such as the contents of shopping carts, location information or login information.
Website do not protect your information on internet.
The scammer and spammer will be increases because no protection.
Anonymous people or fake account will be free.
